We currently offer: payment by invoice with Klarna, PayPal, SOFORT by Klarna (instant transfer), credit card (American Express, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and EPS transfer.
Currently, orders can only be shipped to delivery addresses in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Ireland, Denmark, and Sweden. Shipping to additional countries will be available soon.
Once your order has been received in our system, we start engraving and shipping right away. If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at support@engel-kette.de. In most cases, cancellation or modification is still possible shortly after placing the order.

Shipping and delivery

The delivery time is 2-3 working days.

The order will be delivered to the address you enter under "Shipping address" when ordering.
As soon as your shipment has been prepared for dispatch, you will receive an e-mail from us with a tracking number.
Exchanges and returns
You can find our return conditionshere.
Exchanges for your ordered items are not possible. If you choose a different product, please return your order to us and place a new order.
Once we receive and inspect the return, the amount for the returned products will be refunded to the payment method selected at checkout within 2–3 business days.
